Decision to Expedite Execution of Arrest Warrants Against PTI Leaders

Islamabad (HRNW) — Following the arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Hammad Azhar, authorities have reportedly decided to expedite the execution of previously issued arrest warrants against other PTI leaders wanted in various cases.

According to sources, PTI leaders facing court-issued warrants in connection with various cases, including the November 2024 D-Chowk protest, could face arrest.

Sources said action may be accelerated against those PTI leaders who are already subject to arrest warrants issued by the courts.
