Islamabad (HRNW) – Former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry has stated that the current political system has failed and that Pakistan needs a new system, claiming that the solution lies with former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
In his statement, Fawad Chaudhry said that, apart from the provinces, there are very few political options available. He claimed that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) would not allow any alternative political arrangement to emerge.
The former minister further remarked that it remains to be seen whether the establishment will attempt to resolve the situation through the use of force or adopt another approach.
