Geneva, Switzerland (HRNW) – Member States of the World Health Organization (WHO) are continuing negotiations on the Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing (PABS) Annex, a key component of the proposed Pandemic Agreement. The discussions aim to establish a fair system for sharing pathogen samples and ensuring equitable access to vaccines, medicines, and diagnostics during future global health emergencies. WHO officials said negotiations remain a priority for strengthening international pandemic preparedness.
