TEHRAN (HRNW) – Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghai has said that the country’s armed forces are fully prepared to respond to any hostile action, warning that those acting against Iran will face severe consequences.
In a statement posted on social media platform X, he said the international community must raise its voice against what he described as “barbarism, domination, and aggression” against Iran, warning that silence would allow powerful states to push the world toward lawlessness.
Baghai accused the United States and Israel of waging what he called an imposed war against Iran, saying it is not only about territory or resources but about shaping global standards of “good and evil” in the future.
He further alleged that the attacking sides openly violate international laws and target Iranian civilians, including women’s sports facilities and other non-military sites.
According to him, while opposing forces demonstrate power through missile strikes on civilian infrastructure, Iranian forces are attempting to minimize harm and protect innocent lives as much as possible.
