Death Toll Rises to 394 Amid Israeli Airstrikes, Over 450,000 Displaced in Lebanon

Beirut (HRNW)- The death toll from Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon has risen to 394, with 1,130 injured and more than 450,000 displaced, according to Lebanon’s Health Ministry.

Health Minister Nasreddine reported that the fatalities include 83 children and 42 women, while among the injured are 254 children and 274 women.

Israel has justified the attacks by stating they are aimed at eliminating the Iranian-backed militant group Hezbollah in northern Lebanon.

Meanwhile, Lebanon’s Minister of Social Affairs, Haneen Sayed, stated that as of yesterday, more than 450,000 people have been displaced within the country and formally registered, highlighting the growing humanitarian crisis.
