Islamabad (HRNW) – The Chief Justice of Pakistan has emphasized that justice must be accessible to every citizen regardless of social or economic status.
Addressing a judicial gathering, he highlighted delays in the justice system and stressed reforms aimed at reducing case backlogs.
He stated that denial of timely justice disproportionately affects marginalized communities and undermines public confidence in the rule of law.
