Karachi (HRNW)– Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal, while addressing the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said that it has been six months since he became the Federal Health Minister and during this period he has faced many new experiences and challenges, however, he does not want to go into details.
He said that the era you are praising today, all the work was done not on anyone’s demand but considering it a duty. Mustafa Kamal said that “When people were sleeping at night, I was awake on some street of the city, this was my duty and my work.”

The Federal Health Minister said that it has been fifteen years since he left this post and during his tenure, he spent thirty thousand crore rupees on Karachi, however, even the enemy cannot accuse him of corruption. He clarified that some people say that the work must have been done but money must have been made, but “I have never fed my children a single forbidden snack.”
He said that during his tenure, there were eighteen towns in the city and if he wanted, he could have built a wedding hall or a petrol pump in each town, but he did not do so because the aim of his politics was not personal gain but public service.
Mustafa Kamal further said that “there is only work in our DNA” and that is why the development projects he has undertaken remain exemplary even today. He said that honesty and service are the principles on which he stood yesterday and still is today.
