Kamalia (HRNW) — Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court, Justice Aalia Neelum, formally inaugurated the New Judicial Complex in Kamalia on Zoo Road.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by the District and Sessions Judge Toba Tek Singh, other senior judicial officers and civil judges, office-bearers of local bar associations, Assistant Commissioner Kamalia Ms Aram Shehzadi, and members of the judicial staff.
Upon her arrival at the New Judicial Complex, Chief Justice Aalia Neelum was presented with a guard of honour by a smartly turned-out police contingent. The Kamalia tehsil administration had made comprehensive security arrangements for the visit.
As part of the ceremony, the Chief Justice also planted a sapling in the lawn of the Judicial Complex, contributing to the ongoing tree-plantation campaign.
The inauguration marks the establishment of a new judicial facility in Kamalia, intended to provide improved infrastructure for judicial proceedings and facilitate access to justice for litigants, lawyers and members of the public.
