Islamabad (HRNW) — Bushra Bibi has approached the Constitutional Court seeking an early hearing of her appeal against the sentence in the £190 million case.
In her petition, Bushra Bibi stated that her eye condition has recurred and that adequate medical treatment and healthcare facilities are not available to her in jail.
The petition requests the court to schedule her appeal for an early hearing so that the legal and medical concerns raised in the application can be considered without further delay.
Further proceedings will become clear following the court’s orders on the petition.
