Saudi Arabia Condemns Iranian Attacks on Jordan, Calls for Immediate Halt

Riyadh (HRNW)- Saudi Arabia has strongly condemned what it described as ongoing Iranian attacks on Jordan, calling them unjustified and barbaric.

According to the Saudi Foreign Ministry, Riyadh has expressed full solidarity with Jordan and its people and supports all measures taken by Amman in response to the attacks. Saudi Arabia also called on Iran to immediately stop attacks against Jordan and other countries in the region.

The Saudi Foreign Ministry stressed the need for serious efforts to reduce tensions and strengthen regional security and stability.

The statement comes amid the ongoing war between Iran and the United States, during which Jordan and other countries in the region have faced Iranian missile attacks. Jordan has said it intercepted a large number of Iranian missiles.

Saudi Arabia has previously condemned Iranian attacks on Jordan and other Gulf countries and voiced support for measures aimed at protecting their security and sovereignty.
