Notice to PTI Chairman: The court issued a notice to PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar, seeking a response regarding the request to close the PTI founder’s X account.

Personal Account Status: Defense counsel Salman Akram Raja maintained before the court that the X account in question is the personal property of the PTI founder.

Power of Attorney Delays: Salman Akram Raja informed the court that jail authorities have not yet provided his signed power of attorney (Wakalatnama) from the PTI founder, though he emphasized that they do not wish to leave the case unpursued.

Contempt of Court regarding Meetings: The court sought a response from jail authorities in a contempt case filed over the failure to facilitate meetings between the PTI founder and his lawyers.
