Tehran (HRNW)- Iranian President Masoud Peshkeshian stated that Iran has the legitimate right to respond to any attack or infiltration from any country, emphasizing that such actions are defensive and do not indicate hostility toward the people of that country.
Speaking to Iranian media, Peshkeshian described Iran as a friend and brother to regional countries, urging nations to work together to thwart the dangerous conspiracies of the United States and Israel.
He stressed that Iran and its neighbors should resolve differences internally to prevent external forces from pushing the region toward war. The president highlighted that Iran stands firmly against any attack, with the armed forces and volunteer Basij forces deployed nationwide to defend the country with full force.
