Karachi (HRNW)- The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has appointed Ali Mehdi Kazmi as the new Director General, granting him a one-year extension. He replaces Mazammil Hussain Halipoto.
However, this extension has raised concerns, as it appears to contravene Supreme Court directives. Ali Mehdi had previously retired before this appointment and had returned to service, which some view as being against established regulations.
