Gold, Silver Prices Fall in International and Pakistani Markets

Karachi, Pakistan (HRNW)- Gold and silver prices declined in both international and local bullion markets on Monday, reflecting a downward trend in global precious metal prices.

In the international bullion market, gold fell by $38 per ounce, bringing the global price to $4,308 per ounce.

Following the international trend, the price of gold in Pakistan decreased by Rs3,800 per tola to Rs453,336, while the price of 10 grams fell by Rs3,258 to Rs388,662.

Silver prices also declined globally, with the international rate falling to $63.23 per ounce. In Pakistan’s local market, silver decreased by Rs122 per tola to Rs6,802, while the price of 10 grams dropped by Rs105 to Rs5,831.

The decline in precious metal prices comes as local bullion markets respond to movements in international rates.
