Islamabad (HRNW)- The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has decided to stop cooperating with the government in Parliament until further notice, according to sources.
Sources said the PPP will not support the government in the legislative process and will oppose government-sponsored bills at various stages of parliamentary proceedings.
According to the sources, PPP members will not support government bills in standing committees and will also oppose them when they are presented for final approval in the relevant parliamentary forums.
Sources further said that the PPP will propose necessary amendments to government bills during proceedings in the standing committees.
The decision marks a significant shift in the PPP’s parliamentary approach toward the government and could affect the passage of legislation in both the committees and the National Assembly.
