Gojranwala Athlete Haram Rehan Breaks Indian Record, Raises Pakistan’s Flag

Lahore, Pakistan (HRNW) — Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif congratulated Gojranwala Government College for Women, Satellite Town student and athlete Haram Rehan for breaking the 6-year-old Indian record in knee strikes.

Haram Rehan set a Guinness World Record by performing 143 knee strikes with one leg in one minute, marking a historic achievement. The Chief Minister also praised her coaching staff for their role in this accomplishment.

Maryam Nawaz Sharif said the achievement demonstrates that “a daughter of Punjab can amaze the world if she has the courage” and added:

  • “I will always stand with every daughter.”
  • “With a supportive state, our youth can reach any pinnacle.”
  • “The Punjab government is using all available resources to help young people achieve their dreams and raise Pakistan’s flag internationally.”
