Washington (HRNW)- The US Central Command has released new figures regarding the alleged blockade of Iranian ports, saying that several commercial activities have been affected so far during the operations. According to the US Central Command, 62 commercial ships have been stopped since the beginning of the blockade, while four ships have also been disabled during the operation.
The statement said that activities are ongoing in the Arabian Sea and the US ship Delbert Black is currently performing surveillance duties in the region. According to the report, operations to change the routes of commercial ships in the Arabian Sea are also underway in order to control maritime movement. The US Central Command says that this operation will continue in the future, while the situation in the region is being continuously monitored.
