Hyderabad ( HRNW)The Secretary General of the Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders & Small Industry, Furqan Ahmed Lodhi, has informed all members that the membership for the year 2025–2026 will expire on March 31, 2026.
He further stated that the Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders & Small Industry is the only chamber in the city duly registered and licensed with the Federal Ministry of Commerce and the Directorate General of Trade Organizations (DGTO). Under the Trade Organizations Act and Rules 2013, as well as the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Chamber, it is mandatory for all members to renew their membership by March 31.
A large number of respected members have already renewed their membership in a timely manner. However, those members who have not yet submitted their dues are requested to complete the renewal process before March 31, 2026. For renewal, submission of the prescribed fee along with a copy of the Income Tax Return for the year 2025 is mandatory.
After the stipulated deadline, membership will be considered automatically terminated in accordance with DGTO regulations. In case of renewal thereafter, a late fee will be applicable.
All respected members of the Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders & Small Industry are therefore requested to complete the required formalities within the given timeframe to maintain their active membership and continue to benefit from the facilities provided by the Chamber.
