Rawalpindi (HRNW) — A court has extended the judicial remand of the two nominated suspects in the murder case of digital designer Hina Javed until September 30.
Civil Judge Asim Mumtaz conducted the hearing, during which accused husband Sohail Asghar and employee Zeeshan Arshad were brought before the court from jail.
During the hearing, the court expressed displeasure with police over the failure to submit the case challan and reprimanded the authorities. The court directed police to ensure that the challan is submitted at the next hearing without fail.
The court extended the judicial remand of both accused until September 30 and adjourned the proceedings.
