Kharan (HRNW)- Miscreants described by authorities as belonging to Fitnatul Hindustan targeted two under-construction public projects in the Guwash area of Kharan, vandalizing and setting fire to the Government Inter College and Mine and Minerals Labor Hospital buildings.
The attack has been described as an attempt to disrupt education, healthcare and development in Balochistan. The projects were intended to provide improved educational and medical facilities to residents of Guwash, Kharan and surrounding areas.
Authorities said attacks on educational institutions, hospitals and public development projects deprive local communities of essential services and opportunities and cannot serve the interests of the people of Balochistan.
