Islamabad (HRNW) — The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad has granted post-arrest bail to 96 individuals arrested in connection with a protest in support of Kashmir in Sector F-10.
ATC Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain approved the post-arrest bail applications of all 96 accused arrested during the protest.
The court granted bail against surety bonds of Rs5,000 each.
Special prosecutor Raja Naveed Hussain appeared before the court, while Sardar Masroof, Zahid Bashir Dar and Amina Ali represented the accused.
The court also approved the bail applications of senior leader Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, Razi Tahir and others.
Police had registered a case at Shalimar Police Station under terrorism-related provisions.
