Peshawar Residents Face Gas Shortage Despite Billions Spent on New Pipelines

Peshawar (HRNW)- Despite the installation of new Sui gas pipelines worth billions of rupees, residents of Peshawar continue to face severe natural gas shortages and are being forced to purchase expensive gas cylinders.

According to railway? Wait. According to reports, new pipelines were laid across the city from the main lines passing through Ring Road and GT Road to address the long-standing gas crisis. However, both domestic and commercial consumers remain deprived of adequate gas supplies.

Residents said gas is unavailable even during the government-designated supply hours and urged Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the Federal Minister for Petroleum and the Managing Director concerned to take immediate notice of the shortage and ensure uninterrupted gas supply.
