Ashgabat, Turkmenistan (HRNW) – The United Nations and the Government of Turkmenistan have reaffirmed their partnership on energy security, sustainable transport, climate action, and environmental protection. During high-level discussions, officials highlighted ongoing cooperation with UNDP, UNICEF, and UNFPA to strengthen national legislation supporting sustainable development, water resource management, and climate resilience. Both sides pledged to deepen collaboration on future UN development programmes.
