Pashto TikToker Sana Javed “Outlofara” Shot Dead by Husband in Federal Capital

ISLAMABAD: (HRNW) Famous Pashto social media influencer Sana Javed, widely known by her TikTok alias Outlofara, was shot dead in Islamabad on Sunday. According to police reports, the 24-year-old creator was allegedly murdered by her husband, who then turned the weapon on himself to commit suicide.

The incident occurred in the parking area of a shopping mall in DHA Phase II, within the jurisdiction of the Humak (H-11) Police Station. Preliminary investigations suggest that the shooting was the result of a domestic dispute. The suspect, identified as Muhammad Sadiq, was a resident of Attock and a former police constable who had been dismissed from service. Witnesses reported seeing a man in his mid-20s shoot the victim before shooting himself in the head.

Police and rescue teams arrived at the scene shortly after security guards reported hearing gunshots. Investigators recovered a 9mm pistol and three shell casings from the site. The bodies were moved to a hospital for legal formalities, and a case has been registered to further investigate the motives behind the murder-suicide. Sana Javed, originally from Attock, had built a significant following on TikTok for her Pashto content and was previously divorced before her marriage to Sadiq.

The tragic loss of another young influencer highlights the ongoing concerns regarding domestic violence and the safety of women in the digital age.
