Tehran (HRNW)- Mojtaba Khamenei, the son of former Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, has stated that his father was martyred while reciting the Holy Quran on the 10th of Ramadan, according to media reports.
In his message, Mojtaba Khamenei said that his father was engaged in Quran recitation at the time of the attack, describing his death as martyrdom. He added that the Iranian nation has been deeply shocked by this loss.
He further appealed to the public to remain patient and united during this difficult time, emphasizing that national unity is essential in moments of crisis.
