Karachi (HRNW): Nine employees of the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) have been suspended at Jinnah International Airport following complaints about the unavailability of trolleys for passengers.
Sources reported that those suspended include the Shift DFO, Deputy DFO, and trolley staff. Passengers had to carry their luggage themselves as trolleys were not brought outside the terminal building, prompting multiple complaints.
An inquiry has been initiated under the supervision of the Karachi Airport Manager, and authorities stated that further action will be taken once the investigation is completed.
