Islamabad, Pakistan (HRNW) – The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), together with the World Food Programme (WFP), UNICEF, and the World Health Organization (WHO), has announced a three-year extension of the Benazir Nashonuma Programme. The initiative is expected to protect an additional 3.3 million women and children from malnutrition by expanding nutrition and health services through hundreds of centres across Pakistan. Officials described the partnership as a significant step toward improving maternal and child health nationwide.
