Quetta (HRNW): A horrific and heart-wrenching incident has shaken the locality of Wahdat Colony at its third bus stop, where a provincial Secretariat employee allegedly opened fire on his own family, brutally killing his wife and four minor children.
According to initial police reports, the deceased children include two daughters and two sons. The daughters were aged approximately 13 and 10 years old, while the sons were merely 6 and 4 years old. After massacring his entire family, the suspect turned the gun on himself in an attempted suicide. Law enforcement personnel arrived at the crime scene immediately upon receiving the information and shifted the critically injured suspect to a private hospital, where he remains under intensive medical treatment.

On the strict directives of the Chief Minister of Balochistan, the police have rapidly expedited the murder investigation. Forensic teams have meticulously gathered all physical and scientific evidence from the crime scene.
During the initial probe, a video statement recorded by the suspect surfaced, directly naming several influential individuals.
