KARACHI (HRNW): District South Police conducted a successful operation, apprehending a suspect caught red-handed for selling gutka and mawa. According to a spokesperson for SSP South Mahzoor Ali, a police team from Boat Basin Station carried out the raid within their jurisdiction and took the suspect into custody.
The police authorities provided the following details regarding the operation:

Identification: The arrested suspect has been identified as Inayatullah, son of Maulvi Aminullah.

Recovery: A total of 1,745 packets of Adab, J.M, and Safina brand Indian gutka/mawa were recovered from his possession.

Nature of Crime: The suspect was actively involved in selling the illegal substances within the local area.

Legal Action: Case number 278/26 has been registered against the accused at Boat Basin Police Station under sections 8(1) and 8(2) of the Gutka Mawa Act.

Investigation: Further interrogation is being conducted to trace other members of the supply chain.
