Karachi (HRNW) — The South Sessions Court heard the interim bail application of Humaira, a woman nominated in a case involving alleged assault on neighbors in Defence, Khayaban-e-Bukhari.
Humaira is the mother of the brother and sister who were allegedly subjected to violence.
During the hearing, the court issued a notice to the complainant, Maryam Ali, and directed her to appear before the court at the next hearing.
The court extended Humaira’s interim bail until September 8.
According to the available information, Maryam Ali had registered a case against the family at Darakhshan Police Station.
