Karachi (HRNW) — District West police have safely recovered 2-year-old Aazan Ali Khan, who was reportedly abducted two days ago from Naya Nazimabad in the jurisdiction of Manghopir Police Station. According to SSP West Tariq Elahi Mastoi, the child was taken away by a motorbike rider from Naya Nazimabad, after which an FIR was registered at Manghopir Police Station under crime number 438/2026, invoking Section 364-A of the Pakistan Penal Code and Section 3(2) of the Prevention of Trafficking in Persons Act 2018. Acting on confidential information, Manghopir police conducted an operation near Thatta and successfully recovered the abducted child unharmed. SSP West stated that CCTV footage from the crime scene and other evidence were used with modern investigative methods to make the recovery possible. Police say the child will be handed over to his parents after completion of legal formalities.
