SSP District South Chairs Key Meeting with Head Moharrirs to Review Police Station Records

KARACHI (HRNW): SSP District South Karachi, Mr. Mahzoor Ali (PSP), presided over an important meeting today with the Head Moharrirs of all police stations within the district to review administrative performance and record-keeping protocols.

During the session, SSP South personally inspected various essential registers and records maintained at the police stations. He issued strict directives to ensure the timely completion, accurate entry, and transparency of all official documentation. He emphasized that all registers must be kept fully up-to-date under the direct supervision of the Head Moharrirs, warning that no negligence or discrepancies in record-keeping would be tolerated.

In addition to administrative records, SSP South directed the Head Moharrirs to closely monitor the discipline, uniform standards, and overall turnout of the personnel deployed at their respective stations. He stressed that police officers must maintain a clean, complete, and regulation-compliant uniform to project a positive and professional image of the force to the general public.

Concluding the meeting, SSP District South urged all Head Moharrirs to discharge their duties with integrity, dedication, and professionalism. He highlighted that improving station-level management is vital for strengthening trust and harmony between the police and the citizens.
