Karachi (HRNW) – The Security and Emergency Services Division of Sindh Police has announced the “Employees of the Month” for June 2026, recognizing officers and personnel for their outstanding performance, dedication, professionalism, and consistent compliance with operational standards.
To ensure a transparent and merit-based recognition process, a detailed evaluation of officers and employees from various units was conducted. The assessment considered key performance indicators, including punctuality, duty performance, integrity, discipline, turnout, teamwork, compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), professional conduct, ethical behavior, commitment, and crisis management capabilities.
Nominations were received from different units, including the Special Security Unit (SSU), Security-I, Security-II, Court Police, Police Madadgar-15, and Foreigners Security Cell (FSC). After a comprehensive review, the final list was approved by DIG Security and Emergency Services Division Dr. Maqsood Ahmed.

DIG Security Dr. Maqsood Ahmed congratulated the selected officers and personnel and appreciated their professional skills, dedication, and services to the Security Division.
He emphasized that recognizing employees who consistently demonstrate high standards of performance, responsibility, and professional commitment is essential for strengthening institutional morale and efficiency.
He further stated that the “Employee of the Month” program aims to promote a culture of motivation, accountability, and excellence within the Security Division, reflecting leadership’s commitment to acknowledging exemplary services.
A ceremony was held at the SSU Headquarters, where certificates of appreciation were distributed among the selected officers and personnel.
