PM Shehbaz Sharif Condoles Death of 14 Saudis in Ras Tanura Helicopter Crash

Islamabad (HRNW)- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed deep sorrow over the deaths of 14 Saudi citizens who lost their lives in a helicopter crash in Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia.

In a message shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the Prime Minister conveyed his heartfelt condolences on behalf of the people and Government of Pakistan to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the bereaved families, and the brotherly people of Saudi Arabia.

Shehbaz Sharif said Pakistan stands in complete solidarity with its Saudi brothers and sisters during this difficult time and prayed for the departed souls and strength for the grieving families.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the helicopter belonged to Saudi Aramco and crashed in Ras Tanura on Sunday, resulting in the deaths of all 14 people on board. Rescue teams responded immediately to the scene and completed recovery operations, while the relevant authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the crash.
