Islamabad (HRNW): The President of Pakistan has officially issued a notification appointing Ambreen Jan as the Chairperson of the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA).
Ambreen Jan has previously served in several key positions within the Ministry of Information. She has held important roles including Director General of Radio Pakistan and Director General of the External Publicity (EP) Wing, among other senior posts in the ministry.
According to sources, her appointment is being viewed as significant in light of her extensive administrative experience and deep understanding of media affairs.
