Karachi (HRNW): A significant development has occurred in the case involving the alleged sexual assault and murder of a 6-year-old child in Karachi’s Le Market area. During a court appearance at the City Court, the arrested main accused Hamza confessed before the Judicial Magistrate.
The court recorded the accused’s statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and sent him to jail on judicial remand.
According to police, four arrested suspects were presented before the City Court. A case had been registered against the accused at Napier Police Station.
Police officials stated that further investigation into the case is underway and all legal procedures are being followed.
