Kathmandu (HRNW)- Flash floods and landslides in Nepal have caused widespread devastation, with authorities reporting at least 675 deaths and more than 2,400 people missing. Rescue operations are continuing along the Nepal-Tibet border, where hundreds of foreign nationals are also among those unaccounted for. Chinese authorities have separately reported 16 deaths and 546 missing people in Tibet, including nationals from several countries. Nepalese and Chinese authorities are coordinating with foreign embassies and consulates as search and rescue efforts continue.
