Karachi (HRNW): The issue of alleged illegal construction of residential portions has emerged in Nazimabad No. 5, Karachi, where local residents claim that construction work on the third floor of an under-construction building is continuing at a rapid pace.
According to area residents, additional construction work at the rear side of the building has also been carried out, including the installation of additional columns.
Residents have raised concerns and questioned whether the construction is being carried out in accordance with approved rules and regulations. They demanded that the relevant authorities clarify the legal status of the construction.
Citizens stated that if the construction is being carried out in violation of building regulations, immediate action should be taken against those responsible.
Residents have urged the concerned authorities to conduct an on-site inspection, verify the legality of the construction, and take appropriate legal action if any violation is found.
