Dadu (HRNW): At least eight people were killed and three others injured in an exchange of gunfire between two groups in the Katcha area of Dadu over a land and access-route dispute.
According to police, a land dispute was already ongoing between the two communities. The confrontation reportedly escalated over the issue of creating a passage through the disputed area, following which both sides opened fire.
Police said the incident resulted in multiple casualties, while efforts are underway to control the situation and investigate the circumstances surrounding the clash.
