Lahore (HRNW)- After the departure of the weather system that brought rainfall to various parts of Punjab, hot and dry conditions have once again returned, with strong sunshine dominating the province since early morning.
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is expected to remain dry and hot across Punjab during the next 24 hours following the end of the rain-producing system.
Weather experts say temperatures are gradually rising, with the minimum temperature recorded at 28 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is likely to reach 38 degrees Celsius.
The Meteorological Department has indicated that no new rain-bearing weather system is expected to enter Punjab in the coming days, which could further intensify the heat across the province.
Citizens have been advised to avoid unnecessary exposure to direct sunlight, remain hydrated by drinking plenty of water, and take precautionary measures to protect themselves from heat-related illnesses.
