Karachi (HRNW)- Gold prices have risen once again in both global and local markets after a gap of four days, reflecting renewed upward momentum in bullion trading.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce increased by $10, bringing the new global price to $5,010.
Similarly, in local bullion markets, the price of 24-carat gold per tola increased by Rs1,000, reaching Rs523,762, while the price of gold per 10 grams rose by Rs857 to Rs449,041.
Meanwhile, silver prices also witnessed a significant increase. The price of silver per tola in Pakistan surged by Rs128 to Rs8,569, while the price per 10 grams climbed by Rs110 to Rs7,346.
Market analysts attribute the rise to fluctuations in the global economy and increased demand for safe-haven assets.
