Train Services from Balochistan Suspended for Second Consecutive Day Due to Track Repairs

Quetta (HRNW)- Train services from Balochistan remained suspended for the second consecutive day, with no trains departing for other cities across the country due to ongoing railway track repair work.

According to Pakistan Railways, the suspension has been ordered to facilitate essential maintenance and repair of the railway track.

Railway officials said that train services were also suspended a day earlier, and no departures will take place today because the repair work is still in progress.

The Railways Department has canceled today’s departure of the Jafar Express from Quetta to Peshawar, while the Jafar Express traveling from Peshawar to Quetta will terminate at Jacobabad instead of completing its journey.

According to railway authorities, passengers affected by the suspension will receive a full refund of their ticket fares.
