Riyadh (HRNW)- The Joint Security Operations Center (911) established in Makkah and Madinah has further expanded the scope of services provided to Hajj pilgrims during this year’s Hajj season.
The center receives calls made on the basis of emergency security and humanitarian assistance. For this purpose, the latest technology is being used, thanks to which any call is answered in less than two seconds.
According to reports, to facilitate the Hajj pilgrims, the center has deployed highly educated and trained staff who are proficient in several international languages, so that pilgrims coming from all over the world do not face any difficulty in communication.
