Karachi (HRNW) — August 24, 2026: An Anti-Terrorism Court heard proceedings in five cases, including the Mustafa Amir murder case, involving accused Armaghan and Kamran.
During the hearing, both accused presented their arguments before the court in person in support of their bail applications.
After hearing the arguments, the court reserved its decision on the bail pleas of Armaghan and Kamran.
Non-Bailable Warrants Issued in Illegal Weapons Case
During proceedings in the illegal weapons case, the court also issued non-bailable arrest warrants for a proclaimed absconder who allegedly supplied the weapon to accused Armaghan.
The court directed the authorities to arrest the absconding accused and produce him before the court at the next hearing.
The court subsequently adjourned proceedings in the cases until September 2, 2026.
