KARACHI (HRNW): The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh, Javed Alam Odho, has taken serious notice of an incident in the Chotiari area of District Sanghar, where a 14-year-old girl was allegedly subjected to torture by an influential individual. The IG Sindh has formally sought a detailed report from the SSP Sanghar regarding the facts of the case.
Issuing stern directives, the IG Sindh emphasized that immediate legal protection must be provided to the victim and her family. He further instructed officials to ensure that all necessary medical and legal formalities are completed without delay.
IG Sindh Javed Alam Odho stated that strict legal action must be taken against the accused based on the statements provided by the victim and her family. He reaffirmed that no one is above the law and that justice must be ensured for the affected family at all costs.
