Lahore (HRNW): A rickshaw driver has been arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting and physically assaulting a woman in the Nishter Colony area of Lahore.
According to police, the suspect allegedly picked up the woman from Link Road and took her to his residence on Ashiana Road while allegedly threatening her with serious harm.
Police said that after taking her to the house, the suspect allegedly subjected the woman to physical violence and sexual assault.
Following the incident, police registered a case and arrested the alleged suspect. Further investigation is underway, and authorities are collecting evidence as part of the legal proceedings.
