According to available media reports and preliminary information provided by police, the following cases have been reported:
1. Sargodha — August 27:
Two individuals have allegedly been accused of sexually assaulting two minor siblings and recording videos of the alleged abuse, which were reportedly uploaded to the dark web. The children have undergone medical examinations, while the investigation is ongoing.
2. Rawalpindi — August 28, reported August 29:
A 12-year-old girl was allegedly abducted and sexually assaulted in the Westridge/Sulemanabad area. According to reports, the girl had gone out at night to collect firewood. Local residents reportedly caught and assaulted the alleged suspect, who later managed to escape. Police registered an FIR and launched efforts to arrest the suspect.
3. Gujrat — Missing August 27, reported August 29:
Four-year-old Noor Fatima was allegedly abducted, sexually assaulted and killed. Police said the alleged suspect has been arrested, while further investigation is underway.
4. Lahore — August 28:
An incident involving an alleged attempted sexual assault of an eight-year-old girl was reported. Police arrested a neighbor and registered an FIR.
5. Haripur — Autopsy report, August 27:
The autopsy report of five-year-old Ayat Noor, who went missing on August 10 and whose body was recovered on August 24, reportedly confirmed sexual assault. Although the incident occurred before the past 48-hour period, significant medical findings were disclosed in a recent report.
6. Kallar Syedan — August 28:
A nine-year-old boy was allegedly subjected to severe violence, sexual assault and murder at a madrassa. Further investigation and legal proceedings are reportedly underway.
