Gaza City (HRNW)- At least four Palestinians were killed and more than 20 others wounded in fresh Israeli airstrikes targeting the Gaza Strip, according to local medical sources.
The strikes reportedly hit the Al-Kutiba area west of Gaza City, killing four people and injuring several others. Medical teams and ambulances were unable to reach the site because of continued Israeli bombardment in the area.
Eyewitnesses said three children were among those injured. They added that Israeli warplanes carried out more than 16 strikes on Al-Kutiba in less than half an hour, intensifying the situation and hampering rescue efforts.
