Karachi (HRNW) — According to District East Police, Karachi, on 17 July 2026, Ferozabad Police pursued a four-member Afghan dacoit group that was carrying out loot on Tariq Road. Near FTC, a two-way gunfire exchange took place, and all four suspects, including two wounded, were promptly arrested.
Arrests and recoveries
Four illegal firearms, ammunition and two Zero Meter 125cc motorcycles were recovered from the arrested suspects. The wounded suspects have been shifted to hospital, while their identification and past criminal records are being verified.
