Islamabad (HRNW) — The Federal Finance Ministry has issued a notification adjusting profit rates on National Savings Schemes, with effect from today.
New profit rates

Defence Savings Certificate: profit reduced from 12.96% to 11.94%

Pensioners, Behbud and Shaheed Certificates: profit reduced from 13.20% to 12.96%

Regular Income Savings Certificate: profit reduced from 12.24% to 11.52%

Special Savings Certificate: profit reduced from 12.60% to 11.43%

Savings Certificate: profit maintained at 10%

Sarmaya 5-Year Islamic Savings Certificate: profit increased from 11.16% to 11.52%

Sarmaya 3-Year Islamic Savings Certificate: profit increased from 9.16% to 11.50%
